stock weight of 65 chevelle 6 cylinder post car?

Asked by Sep 27, 2008 at 03:36 PM about the 1966 Chevrolet Chevelle

Question type: General

I am building a La Carrera panam car. I can be 5% less than the original equipment weight. I bought this model
because I would be starting with a lighter car to start with, but I need some official documentation of its weight. This
is a  65 chevelle malabu two door post sedan powered by a 6 cylinder with automatic trans on the tree

Might be a sticker on the body if it's original paint(likely on a door pillar). Since you need official documentation that would be the best thing to have, since it comes with your car and should have your VIN on it as well... Otherwise you'd almost have to contact a dealership in order to get 'official' documentation... Otherwise, I found this site... Hope that helps
