if ur ignition switch aint kicking ur starter on and u just changed it i would check the wiring to the starter cause it might be shorted out

try looking to see if your Park neutral position switch is working, the car wont start if it cant see the shift lever is in P or N

try the starter, the washers on toyotas starters have issues sometimes
