What is a good ceramic oil addictive for blow-by
issues

If you're having blow-by issues, I honestly think you should replace your piston rings, but it's understandable if times are hard and if you need a temporary fix would Rislone ring seal. But you should replace your piston rings as soon as you can. I wish you the best with your car.

Snake oil will not fix a worn out engine no matter how persuasive the claims on the bottle.
