Whhat could be the problem? 1995 Celica and everything is in great shape. Jut this morning though the power windows and auto lock have become useless. The only auto lock that works is on the passnger side. Is it a fuse?

I would check the fuses first.

It may also be the connector / wiring in the drivers door.
