Bad wiring, bad IC contacts or broken board, bad gauge.

Oky make sense but if the car standing for a while the gauge lift up but not much its in between the first line and second line and that's it after a while the fan goes on

So the gauge does work but reads incorrectly, right?

Still it could be a wiring fault or a bad gauge, from what little I could find about your vehicle there are some concerns about ground pathways, so the instrument cluster grounds would be a good place to start.

Oky thanks for your help ill check on that and do you think diagnosis wil also can tek me what the problem is

If you are talking about the gauge then yes it will tell you, but just a standard system diagnosis won't unless there is a problem with the engine controls.

Oky thanks I'll. Do that because I checked what you told me but don't find. The problem thanks for your help
