Have had trouble for a bit with my car and starting. It was starting after several clicks of trying to turn over engine (turn of the key) eventually it started. Now after we replaced the starter and have tried getting a jump start .. It still won't start. It try's to turn over but doesn't. It doesn't seem like fuel is getting where it needs to go but how do I know it's the fuel pump??

You can usually hear the fuel pump prime or buzz when you turn the key. If you don't hear anything, it might be the fuel pump. You can also perform a fuel pressure test to determine if fuel is getting to the injectors. You can borrow a test kit w/gauge at most auto parts stores. If you still have to "jump start" the car, the battery might be on the way out. Check the voltage or remove and have the auto part store check it for you, they do that for free.
