Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't.  I got it home and diagnosed that the
distributor was bad.. The following day i replaced and it and it finally turned
on.. I left it on to warm up and as soon as i put the air intake hose on it shut
off. Now it won't turn back on!! It turns over but won't turn on. Any help
PLEASE!

Did you knock a wire lose somewhere while putting on the hose No sense to me the coil was bad in dist or what was wrong there is two fuses for dis in that car one forming coil and one for the pick up coil maybe blew a fuse touch metal to side of dist. The wire come out the side of dist make sure no meta is touch cake all fuses

Remove the air intake hose again and see if it will start up and run again. Post back with results. I find it very odd that the car would even run at all with the intake hose removed. Usually if there's a large enough crack in that hose, the car will just die. I had that problem before.
