So I have a 1995 Toyota Camry and the other day my dashboard just stopped working. Like I don't know my speed or how much gas I have or anything. And the Windows won't roll up or down, I think it might be a fuse problem? But I'm clueless and don't have enough money to take it to the shop. Please any advice helps, I'm desperate! Thank you

You have two fuse boxes. One on the left of your steering wheel and the other one is under the hood behind the battery. On the backside of each cover is a diagram that tells you what each fuse controls. Pull the one that's marked FAN. Pull it out and inspect the silver wire in the middle. If it's black and broken, then you need a new one. Then pull one for power windows, then look for one that says gauges. If none of your fuses are blown, remove your battery cables and clean them as well as all of your grounds. Post back with findings...........

Just ran across a post that has the same exact issue as you. No power to windows, gauges, tachometer. On his Camry, he found that the wire harness had shorted out from the neutral safety switch down on the transmission. Follow the wires from the switch as far as you can to the firewall. According to him, the wire harness fell against something that was hot enough to melt and cause a short. If you find that you did blow a fuse, and if it keeps blowing out on you after being replaced, I would check that harness.
