My "VSC" light came on along with "TRAC OFF" light, on my 2003 Toyota Camry. What does this mean, and how urgent is it to get this fixed?

As long as road conditions are good it isn't too urgent, but you will eventually have to get it fixed for the system to operate properly, you might just look at the speed sensors on each wheel it is possible one of them is disconnected.

You might consider looking into your owner's manual for an explanation of the Vehicle Stability Control...and...Traction Control System. Then.....see if there is an Auto Parts store in your area which will check Computer Codes for these systems.
