I have 1994 subaru impreza, having issues with it getting above 3000 rpms, it then starts bogging out and can shut off, it has some issues starting at times but normally does ok, however once it hits the 3000rpms it gets all kinds of crazy, HELPPP!!!

Possible catalytic converter plugged up? When the engine is hot look under the car at the cat to see if it has a orange glow to it. Best to look in a darker area so it would show up. Check with the engine running.
