How can i get power to the coils?

I have changed engine in 1994 legacy from 1999 legacy but the harness is different, how can the engine get power?

That's a tough one, try to ask on one of the Subaru forums, or someone else on here that has more experience with Subu's can help. Usually when swapping to a newer engine, you also have to swap the harness's and ECM to the new car. Sorry you found that out now, always good to do your research up front.
