can i make it rear drive only?
haha the answer is actually yes but only if you have a manual tranny, all you have to do is weld your center diff and remove the front spindles, if your gonna romp on it though you will need a better rear diff, I've done this to subaru's already, the one at 400+ rwhp had to have a r190 (rear end from a 240sx nissan) put in instead of the stock r160, my second one has the stock r160 in it still after having done the conversion and runs just fine. One other thing to think about is if you live in a snowy environment it's not gonna be fun to drive, and your gonna want a wider set of rear tires no matter what.
