Why do My Driver side tire keep locking while I drive?

My 2005 Saturn L300 driver side tire keeps
locking down while making it very hard to
drive.. Than it loosen up and I park it.. What
can be wrong with it

The brake could be sticking or damaged. Don't drive it like that, get it fixed before you crash and injure someone.
