Engine cooling fan won't run ,but motor is good

The engine cooling fan is good ,and I replaced 1 relay, and the coolant temp sensor, but
the fan will still not run even with A/C on ,or when engine reaches temp.

Find the wire's to the fan R fan's follow them as far as possible so u will have plenty of wire.cut it and melt the ends of the plastic off to get to the wire's not to much then twist the end of each wire.ground the ground wire to the frame really good and then the power wire too 1 of your fuses preferably the ignition fuse so that it comes on and off with the key.
