failed with 656 NOppm.. i checked the EGR and it does move up and down.. i also
sprayed it with carb cleaner..

put a bottle of rubbing alcahol in tank and bingo you have it

Don't use high octane, your compression ratio and timing doesnt require it and your engine will not completely combust it.
