I have a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix Supercharged, need to replace the ECM and was told to reprogram it. How can that be done without going to a dealer?

Any reputable shop can flash (program) the new PCM using your vehicle identification number (VIN). Usually costs about $100. HTH. -Jim
