My heat/air only worked on high now it doesn't worked at all... What could be the cause??

The switch.. But check the fuse first..The switch controls the fan speed..This is typical for your Pontiac...

Yes, the resistor, that is what goes bad...

Yes the resistor. NOT the switch. It's a bit tricky to get at, but you can do it yourself if you're so inclined. Find a You Tube video or two to watch first so you know what you're getting in to. It's located in the heater duct against the firewall inside the car on the passenger side.
