Sounds like your instrument panel fuse is burned out.

Do the lights not come on at all, or just when the headlights are activated? If the latter, I noticed that when the headlights automatically come on when it starts getting dark, the dash lights, information display, radio etc. all dim and since my wife always turns the dimmer switch on the left hand side of the steering wheel to 0, I have to put it back up to maximum without turning all the cabin lights on. If they're off ALL the time, then I agree with Johnathan2090 to check all relevant fuses related to the panel. If the fuse appears to be OK, still make sure the fuse "prongs" are free of corrosion and dirt. That might also cause headaches.

Hello, I am having the same problem with my 2002 Montana. I was wondering if you found a solution that you could share with me. Thanks.
