How to pull a motor

I have a 2000 pontiac grand AM SE with a 2.4 liter and a twin cam in it. I need the motor pulled out at home and can't for the life of me figure out how.

my question is if you cant figure out how to pull the motor out should you be trying to do it in the first place

you're gonna need a repair manual and a good set of tools to start off with. and some one with a little experience to help you .
