00' grand am ignition

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

the key wont turn over and i cant get it too come off do i have to take off the dash? becuase the facce plate wont come out of my way without me being able to put it into another gear??and i cant get the ignition its self off the wiring harness deal ??do i need a ignition puller? even if its on the dash?....

call a garage if this isnt a good answer the secirty could of gone off
