Why don't my back lights or dash gauges work either helppp. . its a 2001 Pontiac grand am. The front lights work but not the back and the dash ones

Replace the fuses. your fuses are either burnt out or the bulbs. You have 3 fuse boxes in that car. one is inside the drivers door, open the door and look at the side of the front to the left of the dash . pull off the panel and thats the first one. the second one is on the passenger side. it has a panel on it too. the 3rd one is under the hood by the firewall in the front . it has a big black button on it. refer to your owners manual to tell you which fuse goes to which instrument. everything in that car is run by a fuse and your taillights will have bulbs also which you can get at a auto parts store.

I ve had trouble with my dash lights coming on its not my deamer switch! What amp fuse operates my dash lights!
