2002 pontiac sunfire- the defroster continues to run after the car turned off. It drained the battery. How can I turn it off. Is there a fuse specifically for this system?

Is it the defroster or the radiator fan that's running? It's virtually impossible for the defroster fan to run with the key off unless someone has re-wired it incorrectly.
