why does my ac seem to cool less while i am stopped for a light or just stuck in traffic?

Your not pulling enough air through the radiator at idle. Is your fan or fans working correctly, coolant level at the correct level/

The condenser for ac in front of radiator may also be dirty

when you stop the ac slows down because it saves the power
