what is the clicking noise when turning the wheel
I know I changed the back brakes and not the front. What noise can arise when you turn your wheel. Makes some clicking sounds. Not all the time, but starting to be more frequent.
Does it do it when you cut the wheel sharp to the left or right while accelerating?
worn brake pads, clicking is loosness of the pads in side caliper.
the asnwer is you need new cv joint or sometimes its cheaper to change the whole axle. listen to hear what side it is & change it , they are not hard to do if you have the right tools. good luck.
This can also happen if you re-assembled the steering column, but did not put the spring below the lock plate in! You'd only hear it when you turn the wheel. If that's the case, be sure you get the sping and a lock plate removal tool - you'll need the tool to be able to get those snap rings on when the spring is in the column.
I had that similar and it went away when I replaced my strut
