03 Montana won't start: Cranks and have fire, even tried starter fluid. Can hear fuel pump.

It's either a clogged fuel line, fuel filter, or the main relay. Replace the main relay and see what happens. That's my guess.

Shouldn't starter fluid sprayed in throttle body make it start momentarily

Having this problem see my question just posted. You are talking about the relay in the fuse box right? Mine all tested fine.
