a fault code and also the limp mode to protect from damage you may cause by driving with this fault or better yet make you fix it, they used to just give you the fault code , but since most drivers said screw the fault its just an o2 or a o2 heater or whatever. now you become a turtle on the freeway , oh well sue the manufactures if you get hit . fasten your headrest!
