Check all battery connections and battery voltage. Sure sounds like a loose connection

I have the battery out now, its on a charger. The car radio, lights, and headlights all worked, but just in case I got it charging. The connections are fine and there is no corrosion on the battery terminals. Could it be the solenoid or something?

Could be but the loud clicking is typically a low voltage condition or loose cables. Starters use lots of amps where as lights and radios use only a few. That's why they might work on a low voltage situation but the starter wont.
