What do the blue & green clips mean on my fuel filter. Trying to figure out why I'm not getting gas to the engine. Please help I've tried just about everything I can think of.

is cam sensor sending signal to computer. if no signal to computer then no voltage to pump. Do you have voltage at pump connector.
