My 2005 Grand Prix wont start. How do I fix this?

So I just got the car probably a couple years old. I dont know how many but
the thing is the car shut off. I know it probably went out because my bf had to
much stuff on like the heat, the engine, a light and then his mp3 radio thing
plugged in.Anyway the thing is we tried to jump it and it still didnt cut on.
Cutting it on it does not click and nothing shows up on the dashboard.

Could be a shorted cell in the battery. You can have your BF measure the voltage on the battery with a multimeter. Is is 12.3 or more? You can also remove it and have your local auto parts store test it for you. But you also can have a short to ground, meaning a wiring problem or other ignition issue. Those are hard to find. So your probably will be calling roadside assistance to have it towed to your nearest garage. Having all the accessories on at one time could weaken the battery if it was old and ready to die anyway.
