2006 Pont GP won't lock or unlock except manually.

My 2006 Pontaic Grand Prix has recently stopped locking with key fob or door switch. Has to be locked manually. Is this a shop only problem?

So sorry printed question more than once, this one did not include drivers side door only. Is there one part that raises and lowers the lock?
