My daughters 1998 Plymouth breeze is leaking oil bad and it just happened all of a sudden, when we add oil it is gone within a hour or so.
do you see it on the ground? look underneath the car, you should be able to see where it is leaking- sounds like the old Plymouth is headed to the last roundup-
Check the oil filter to make sure that it is tight. Also check it to be certain only 1 gasket is between the oil filter and the filter mounting surface. Sometimes when changing the oil filter the filter gasket will stick to the mounting surface. If this is missed a second filter gasket will be installed with the new oil filter. Usually the bottom gasket will blow out and leak oil really bad when starting or running the engine. You could have a leak elsewhere, but I would look at the oil filter first.
