No lights

Just purchased a 1992 Oldsmobile cutlass
supreme from a coworker, all repairs I can
accomplish myself, except the lights...Im
stumped. None and I mean NONE of the
exterior lights work. No blinkers, brake
lights, headlights, etc. The only light that
works is the light at the top of the rear
window. None of my previous vehicles had
such a problem. Therefore you can see
what my predicament is.  Could someone
please give me some kind of insight as to
the issue in facing before I rip out all my
hair!! Thanks folks!
