Question type: General

my 99 intrigue with a 3.5 failed inspection for no check engine light working. When we
took dash apart found the bulb is burnt but it looks like it has a framing to it that has to
be sodered to wires. It isnt just a burnt bolb that u replace n plug in. Can you answer to
me what we have to do and is this a part we have to get from gm? we cant drive it till
we get it inspected n they wont inspect it without the light working. we checked on
computer tester from auto zone n no codes were showing as bad. let me know. thanks
