how to replace a cylider 1990 300zx

you're in for quite a bit of work. you're going to need to pull the motor and if you're going to replace 1 "cylinder", you might as well do them all, and a full rebuild while you're at it. either that or buy a new motor and just swap. might i ask why you're replacing just one?
