Does the S13 Model of the 240SX come with power steering?

yes they all came factory with power stearing and brake boosted brakes
alot of times people are lazy and dont swap it in, when they swap the motor
every last one had power steering, dohc had the reservoir on the right side, sohc (ka24e motor) had it on the left

Yes it does, but if for some reason yours was removed or had a motor swap and your not sure if you have it, do the easy test and try to turn the steering wheel. If it feels like any other car, then you have power steering, if it is harder to turn than you don't have it.
In the US the 240sx came fairly well optioned... PWR steering, and AC were both standard.
