93 nissan 240sx hatchback is chugging

it chuggs when i stop then go and i have to play with the trottle for it not to chugg, and when i get over like
2500 rpm it stops. in the morning when its cold it doesnt chugg.

Few things that might need to be changed or checked,Spark plugs, spark plug wires ,fuel filter and air filter.

The MAF is either dirt, bad, not grounded right or it has a small vacuum leak
