engine won't turnover

engine won't turnover, I think it could be a bad solenoid?

assure that 12 volts are going to the starter solenoid, but the Ground splits to the engine, the chassis, and one for the flashers and pre-sets~ do not know your milage, or which engine you've got, but the timing has a tensioner, frequently this fails and allows too much slack~ might try a compression test, maybe just turn it by hand to make sure the engine is not ruined,~
