Will it fit?

Asked by Sep 22, 2016 at 07:25 PM about the 1990 Ford Mustang

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

'm looking into buying a 1990 mustang gt. It's a
manual car. It doesn't have the og engine or trans.
It has a 1991 thunderbird engine and automatic
trans. What I'm wondering is would that fit in the
mustang? How much would it cost to have it car
changed to auto? How much would it cost to get a
manual trans that fits both the t bird engine and
the mustang. I want to make do it as cheap and
easy as possible so I want it to fit in all the same
bolt holes and everything. Anything will help!
