Why my 2002 Nissan maxima turns off while driving or while in idle ?

My vehicle will all of a sudden shut down ?

Mine did that last year and had to replace the camshaft sensor. Check with Nissan because there was a recall on it and if previous owner hasn't had it fixed you could get it done free ! (unfortunately I had to pay because it had already been repaired) Hope this helps !
