Did you bleed it completely? Is shaft fully extending out of cylinder?

the slave cylinder has still got air in that...have a heavy foot help you and pump up and up and release the bleeder (safely in aquarium tubing into an old soda bottle) Get a heavy helper with heavy feet who isn't afraid to work with you repeatedly....'bout three or nearly a bottle full of fresh brake fluid...will chase all the air bubbles out and restore full stroke to the cylinder~

I know some of these Chrysler engineered in Poland have NO bleeder...as if...was it too much trouble to drill and tap a fitting? NOW you've gotta take it off and use a small funnel to fill it getting the air to rise to the top...hold your finger over the opening and assemble it....of all the nerve...I'd like to sit on someones desk and feed them popcorn while they are tied to a chair~
