Can I replace a 5.4 l in a 2001 Expedition with a 302 from a 91 Bronco with minimal problems

I have a 2001 Expedition with a blown engine I also have a
91 Bronco with a bent frame. Can I swap those engines and
it work with minimal difficulty

No, this can not be done with minimal difficulty. Wiring harness, emissions, exhaust system would all need to be modified.

No, it will take an enormous amount of work and some design changes to even begin to get that to work, plus emission systems will no longer operate so if you have inspections it will fail. The Bronco is pre-OBD2 so that engine is only going to work in pre- OBD2 Ford vehicle, so something before 1996 in the Ford line.
