is it overheating? is the accessories belt on right. could have jumped the belt off of the idler because the idler is worn and the water pump and power steering stopped~you should look at the component belt at this point and put a new one in there, new spring loaded tensioner~

My tempo's heater is not working. The vents will blow out cold air but not hot. Also I have noticed the engine temperature is often very high almost in the red part of the gauge. What could be wrong?
