I have a 1996 mercury villager and the silent alarm is not shutting off how do I fix it so car can start.

If you have the booklet that came with the alarm check to see if it can be disarmed, if it was an aftermarket alarm check with the mfg website If no book check online for your make and model of alarm, you may have to disconnect or pull the alarm modual to use the car.
