Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Code P0442 error.  What does it mean and how to fix.  Thanks for help. Took car
to auto zone received above code.  Evaporative emissions system. Small leak.  
What to do? Thanks.

It could be one of these things, a faulty or loose fuel cap, EVAP system line leak, Charcoal canister leak, fuel tank leak. or failed vent or purge valve. If you don't know how to test for those, it's best for a mechanic to do so with proper equipment.
