and on the way home the RPMs when all the way
up to 6000 a man died and now it will not restart
and acts like it's the battery but the battery is new
he tried to bypass the starter to see if that was the
problem and it tried to start but without bypassing
the starter it just click click click click my husband
said it almost sounds like something is stuck in the
starter but that wouldn't make my car die while I

sounds like your alternator failed and caused the car to drain the battery until the battery it, too, was dead. Replace the alternator and try jumping the battery. If it still will not start, replace the battery again.
