2001 mercury sable

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Car will start 3 4 sec then it dies.
Already replaced fuel pump 3
times. Spray stater fluid in it runs
great

So clearly the fuel pump is not the problem. Check all components of the fuel delivery system , especially fuel pressure regulator.

And check the fuel pump relay and the wiring to the pump.
