Air in car will not get cold in buick encore

Something isn't right, I would take it back the dealership service department and have it corrected ASAP.

first check a/c low side pressure when on and running should be around 30psi + if so then , also check to see if your fans are turning on when you turn the a/c on , test by turning it off and observe fans then turn on and observe , fans should come on..

Mine was low on antifreeze. I checked the plastic container in the front, and filled it up. Viola, it worked!
