Won't go in gear

Question type: General

Hi just nearly ran out of diesel it said I had 32 miles left I
know shouldn't leave it that low ! But was on way to petrol
station anyway it then pops up that I'm empty still petrol
station Is only 200 yards away then as I stop go to put in
first gear it won't go in I have to turn car off put it in gear
then start it running ok now I've got petrol bug worried
clutch is going has this happened to anyone else ?? It's a
ix35

It should still be under warranty, take it in and have it checked, possibly air in the clutch hydraulics, or something more serious like a pilot or throwout bearing failing.
