There should be a access plate under the rear seat cushion and silencer pads.

Take out the rear seat lower cushion, there may be silencer padding under there, remove padding , you should then see a small 4 to 6 inch metal cover with screws holding it into place, remove the screws and carefully remove the cover, you should then see the fuel pump/sender assembly top.
