Did you clear the trouble codes after changing it?

it's not worth changing the oxygen sensor. Lol, our check engine light burned out 20,000 miles ago.

obviously the problem will very rarely be the sensor.... its obviously your engine sorry for the bad news. but you should get it checked out and if you can tell me your air fuel ratio, and some other info i might be able to give you an idea, hope that helps
